MCP server · included with AdStatus
Ask your AI assistant "is Meta Ads down?"
Connect AdStatus to Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or Meta Muse. The assistant checks the platform's official status page through AdStatus and answers in seconds, with the incident, its start time and a link.
Server URL
https://adstatus.app/mcp
Streamable HTTP · read-only · sign in with your AdStatus account, or use an API key from Settings
Set it up
Claude (web and desktop)

When Muse asks for a credential, paste your API key from Settings. Muse Code takes the server URL in the mcp_servers block of its settings.

claude mcp add --transport http adstatus https://adstatus.app/mcp
Then run /mcp in Claude Code to sign in, or add --header "Authorization: Bearer YOUR_API_KEY".

What it can and can't tell you
Answers come from each provider's own status page, refreshed at most every 60 seconds. If a page can't be read, the assistant is told the state is unknown rather than operational.
An empty status page is not proof that nothing is wrong: providers can be slow to post. How detection works explains where official pages lag.
Don't want to ask? Get told.
AdStatus posts to Slack, Teams or email within about 5 minutes of a provider publishing an incident. From $10/month.
