  • The email address associated with your Ad Status Monitor account.
  • Your Slack workspace name (or Teams team name) if the issue involves notifications.
  • The platform involved — Meta, Google, Microsoft, Pinterest, Amazon, Shopify, etc.
  • What you expected and what happened, with timestamps if possible.
  • Screenshots if relevant.
