- The email address associated with your Ad Status Monitor account.
- Your Slack workspace name (or Teams team name) if the issue involves notifications.
- The platform involved — Meta, Google, Microsoft, Pinterest, Amazon, Shopify, etc.
- What you expected and what happened, with timestamps if possible.
- Screenshots if relevant.
Current service status
Ad Status Monitor monitors third-party platforms — but if our own service is degraded, we'll post here and email affected customers. For account or login problems, email [email protected] and we'll respond as quickly as possible.
